Our Customers Care

We at Rose Hill Puppies do not “pre-screen” our customers but trust and expect all our new puppy customers to provide excellent care and loving homes for them. Over the past years we have met many wonderful people placed a good number of puppies in homes across America and have had assurance that they all went to good homes! If you feel you have done your homework on the costs associated with a new dog, have adequate living or yard space and some time that you can devote to training and bonding with your new friend you may go ahead and reserve one of our puppies!

Our Prices

Prices for our Goldendoodles will vary according to color and hair coat. Our toy and mini goldendoodle prices vary from $1000- $2000.

We may occasionally offer something special like a bag of puppy food or a price discount when puppies get to be 9 weeks or older & are not sold yet.

Our Deposit Policy

Refundable Desposits

We offer refundable puppy deposits. This is because we know things happen in life that can change your ability to care for your puppy, and we’d rather issue you a refund than force you to take a puppy you can’t properly care for.

That said, if you have us reserve a puppy for you, that means we can’t find a home for them with anyone else – which could reduce their chances of finding a great home. So if you’re not certain you want to adopt, or think something might cause you to back out of the adoption, please don’t leave a deposit – we want our puppies to have their best chance of finding a loving forever home as soon as possible.

ADVANCE DEPOSITS: *You can reserve a puppy from a future litter by leaving a deposit at any time, which places you on our waiting list. When a litter is born we start at the top of the list (in the order the deposits came in) and allow people to choose their little one. If the puppies that we have to choose from are not what you want, your name will be moved up the list for our next litter. Gender, mini/toy and F1/F1b must be specified with the deposit so we are sure to place you on the correct list. The deposit amount is $250. Any puppies not immediately reserved will be placed on the website with a ‘reserve-me-now’ paypal button.

YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO MAKE YOUR DEPOSIT. The Paypal button will take you to a page where you can enter your credit card or PayPal information for the deposit of $250 (or as stated) and this will be put towards the purchase price. If you would rather use a Credit Card you can also do that on the PayPal page after clicking the PayPal button.

Once you have completed this transaction PayPal will then email you a receipt of the puppy you reserved. Our website may not be updated immediately and it may go until the next business day until your puppy will be marked reserved — but don’t worry; we will honor the first deposit! If perchance you make a deposit on a puppy that was already reserved by another person we will give you the option to pick another puppy or promptly refund your deposit. The balance of your puppy will be due by cash or a valid check paid at the time of the puppy pick-up. (see below for pickup details).

SALES TAX: We are required by the State of Illinois to charge and collect 6.25% sales tax on all our retail puppy sales unless we ship out of state. So please don’t forget to include this in your total purchase price.

REFUND: If per chance something should happen to your puppy when you have a deposit placed on it. We would let you pick another available puppy or you can use it to reserve a future puppy on upcoming litters. Or simply have it refunded. If however you default or cancel and never pick up your puppy after reserving it, your deposit money will be used for it’s care and to help off-set the costs of trying to find it another home.We do try to be fair and make allowances for circumstances absolutely beyond your control.

Our Health Guarantee and Warranties

Health Guarantee: We, the Breeder, guarantee that upon purchase, the puppy is in good health and has been immunized and wormed according to its accompanying health record. The puppy has been vet checked and has a health certificate. We do encourage you to take your puppy to a veterinarian (at your cost) after you have received your puppy as we do have a 72 hr. (3 days) replacement policy if for some reason it is found to have a major health problem as diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian (DVM). However, any minor conditions that are easily correctable and will go away are not covered by our replacement policy. We will reimburse you for the cost of medication/procedure only if the puppy was taken to a veterinarian within 72 hrs. (3 days) of purchase.

1-Year Generic Health Warranty: We do try to ensure that you purchase a genetically healthy puppy and if in case your puppy is found to have a genetic disorder (such as hip and elbow dysphasia, pathological spinal disorder, luxating patella, and a conditioning open fontanel) as diagnosed bu a licensed veterinarian within one year of purchase, we will- #1.-exchange your puppy for one of equal value, or #2.-reimburse vet costs but not exceeding the original price of the puppy. There are however, no warranties against common sickness or accidents incurred on your part after the puppy is in your possession. All regular health care maintenance and immunization are the buyer’s responsibility as described below.

Owner’s Responsibility: You, the owner, agree to take care of this dog; feeding and housing it properly and maintaining its vaccination and de-wormings. You also agree to see its proper physical and emotional care and welfare. You assume all responsibility for any accidents or injuries caused by the misbehavior of the puppy after it is in your possession. The death, injury or loss of said dog, due to theft, carelessness, recklessness, abuse, neglect, heat stroke, or accident will not entitle you (owner) to any compensation from us (breeder). This dog is warranted only for the purpose of being companion animal; not for any other purpose or reason, such as breeding or show, etc.

Our Visitation Policy

We do our best to ensure that all our dogs receive appropriate care according to the AKC Care and Conditions of Dog Policy so we would like to limit outside traffic through our kennels as much as we can to help minimize the potential of someone unintentionally tracking in diseases (like parvo, giardia, etc) we welcome only those seriously interested in a puppy or you that have already placed a deposit on a puppy to visit the puppies and the puppies’ parents, please remember it places stress on our mothers to have strangers come in and look at, and handle their newborns. Thank-you for your understanding!

We do hope that you will enjoy the new addition to your household as much as we have. If you have any questions, please feel free to call or email us anytime. We will try to assist you in any way possible; however, we will recommend that you follow the instructions of your personal veterinarian for your dog’s continuing health and diet.
